Matthew Brodacki is a law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Captain of the Technical Investigation Unit (TIU) in Southwest Connecticut. Leading an 18-person team, Matt specializes in cybersecurity and digital forensics, protecting a population of 1.1 million from technology-related crimes. He holds dual master’s degrees in Public Administration and Digital Forensics from the University of New Haven, has taught prosecutors across the country, and serves as an expert witness in civil and federal courts. His training includes advanced courses at the National Computer Forensic Institute, and he is POST-certified in technology instruction.
In addition to his law enforcement career, Matt is a dedicated community advocate. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Rowan Sex Assault Center and supported initiatives like Friends of Sandy Hook, including building playgrounds in honor of victims. Matt is also the founder of Haven-Rock.com, a business helping widows, disabled individuals, and struggling families.
