Matthew Brodacki is a highly experienced cybersecurity leader and law enforcement professional, currently serving as the Captain of the Technical Investigation Unit (TIU) in Southwest Connecticut. Leading a specialized team that manages over 500 cyber cases annually, Matt is responsible for safeguarding a population of 1.1 million people from complex technology-related crimes. He holds dual master’s degrees in Public Administration and Digital Forensics from the University of New Haven, and his career spans both public and private sectors, where he has consulted for top organizations and set national standards in cybersecurity practices.

In addition to his professional achievements, Matt is deeply committed to community service. He has actively worked with the NAACP, focusing on diversity in law enforcement recruitment, and played a key role in the Sandy Hook Playground Initiative, helping to build playgrounds in memory of the victims. Matt’s dedication to public safety, mentorship, and community involvement defines his career as both a leader and a changemaker in the field of cybersecurity and law enforcement.
